Pinout table, diagram settings, and improved exports

Version 1.4.0 introduces a host of new features. These include updates to PDF exports, allowing for the inclusion of a cover and index page alongside the new pinout table option. A diagram-wide settings panel so that options like default connector type and wire label options can be set in one convenient place. And much more
